Shinka Management runs a number of programs that are devoted to raising an awareness of safety, quality, efficiency, cost and time in a business environment.  The Visual Management Master Class focuses on problem identification and improvement in the workplace environment through a visualisation of the current state of operations and an increase in employee awareness.
