Shinka Management runs a number of programs that are devoted to raising an awareness of safety, quality, efficiency, cost and time in a business environment.  The Standard Work Master Class focuses on the standards by which companies should work in order to guarantee efficiency, quality, cost, delivery and safety within an operation.
