Led by Toyota HiAce factory manager Akinori Hyodo, the Lean Leadership Master Course introduces participants to the philosophy and methodology of the Toyota Production System. The training provides practical examples of TPS integration in Japanese companies, with participants prompted to speculate on the possible use of TPS within their own operations. Sectors primarily targeted by this course include manufacturing, food and beverage, mining, wholesale & retail trade, logistics and transport. The two-day program includes a number of seminars on TPS principles, an overview of the operations at the Toyota HiAce factory in Japan, as well as an afternoon tour and mini diagnosis at a local facility.

The Lean Leadership Master Class takes place across Australia throughout the year.
